The Very Beautiful Village of Beynat

Beynat takes you through centuries of the preservation of nature and countryside. With it's charming village that sits just 15 minutes from the busy city of Brive La Gaillarde you'll be presented with true French life and an atmosphere of unbeatable serenity. Visit it's Sunday morning market, eat at the weekly village get-together every Thursday evening where the local producers provide your dinner for the evening. It's on the doorstep of Miel so this one you certainly won't miss out on!

Argentat on the Banks of the Dordogne River

Situated in the Limousin and at the gateway of the Auvergne, Argentat has it all. It's the place where you can canoe or just take a trip and spend a relaxing afternoon walking through it's winding streets. It's in the proximity of many of the unmissable tourist sites and boasts the infamous and UNESCO listed Dordogne River running right through the middle of it. Predominantly built in the iconic granite that is synonymous to it's region it's a great place to visit, if nothing else, just to dip your toes in it's UNESCO waters.

Brive la Gaillarde Buzz

With an excess of humour and gourmet dining you'll be bowled over by its conviviality. It's the simplest of recipes for a great day or evening out with all the family. There are markets, museums, concerts and occasional evening street acts. Situated on the doorstep of the campsite of Miel it's an unmissable visit that is steeped in culture and fun. Known for many of it's festivals and paying hommage to the sumptuous gardens of Collete, pack up the car and plan a full day out - your kids will love it!

Tulle at the Very Heart of the Corrèze

At the heart of the Corrèze and truly embracing all that is nature you'll be seduced by the charm and rich cultural diversity that Tulle has to offer. Surrounded by lakes and rivers and with forests and landscapes at every twist and turn it is as beautiful as it is curious. Walk along the quai in the old town, visit the Cathedral and it's cloisters and then sink into the local lifestyle with a coffee in your hand whilst watching the world go by.

Classed as one of the most beautiful villages of France, Collonges-La-Rouge is a phenomenal because of its sheer beauty and the fact that it's just ever such a little bit unusual. Owing to the iron oxide in the land and possibly a geological fault line owing to tectonic movement in days gone by, Collonge now boasts a magnificent village that is constructed entirely from bright red stone! Known as the village of 25 turrets this noble nugget of goodness and beauty is an absolute unmissable on the tourist trail list...

Beautiful Beaulieu sur Dordogne and its Unmissable Charm

The medieval and impossibly charming village of Beaulieu Sur Dordogne offers an unmissable beauty with activities for everyone to adore. Situated on the banks of the Dordogne River you can take a boat road on an old barge with the kids or gently canoe along it's calming waters. There are winding streets, cute cafes and night markets and some breathtaking views that will blow you away. Just a quick 15 minute hop from Miel you can pack up a picnic and have a fabulous day relaxing in the sunshine whilst discovering beauty... as nature intended.

Sarlat in the Perigord Noir

The Perigord Noir is well and truly on the tourist trail and Sarlat has to be one of the nations favourite destinations. It's rolling hillsides and warm climate is enchanting. The town itself is steeped in beautiful architecture and history and you'll be simply seduced by the charm of the locals. With it's medieval and renaissance markings, it's just a stones throw from Lascaux caves and is the gateway into Rocamadour and other stunning tourist attractions.
